I’m Warren Butler, Managing Director of T. J. Butler (Electronics) Ltd – we’re simply known as Butlers to our friends. We are 100% owned by the Butler family and have had our home in Deeside, North Wales ever since my Grandfather “T. J.” started the business way back in 1932.

HISTORY
Butlers have been providing quality appliances to customers in North Wales, Wirral and West Cheshire since 1932. We are renowned for our caring, professional service and first class choice of appliances.
T. J. started the business by offering a radio battery charging services from a small shop in Shotton, North Wales. Over the years the business has grown to include the rental, repair and sale of appliances. T.J.’s passion for offering only reliable, quality products at a fair price continues to shape the ethos of the company.
Now in its third generation Butlers are still based in Deeside and are one of the few remaining independent rental specialists within our area offering everything from home appliances to televisions.
ETHOS
T. J. founded the business on personal service and not offering products that he wouldn’t be prepared to use himself. He believed in Quality before Quantity. These foundations continue to this day and the beliefs of T. J. Butler that began over 85 years ago are just as strong today.
We treat customers fairly, as we could like to be treated. Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed like a friend. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
We don’t offer brands that we feel will cause you any issues. However, if you are unlucky enough to have a problem with your rented appliance, we will take care of it for you, even if it’s not a fault. For problems reported before 10am Monday to Friday we will call the very same day.
